Angle trees are in place to collect much needed funds for needy families and our cafeteria staff is also raising funds to help out with their “Wheel of Fortune” game. We also introduce the 8th Grade Girls basketball and show many highlights of the boys team playing Moss Middle School.

Alcohol and drug awareness week is announced. The WKU Science Department held a “Science Magic Show” at DCMS this week. Mrs. Madison talks about the 7th grade Reality Store. All State Choir students are introduced and Coach Decker praises the undefeated 8th grade football team and exhorts them to win the county championship game. We also have one of our very own DCMS students featured in our Video of the Week.

Our first show of the second quarter with an all new DCMS TV production crew. We have a great commercial for our website designed by Blake an 8th grade student. Next up we have a great learning song from the Cheetah Team all about The “Atom” Family. Mr. Reed informs us about Spirit Night at Mancino’s Restaurant. And of course we have football highlights from our great win over Moss Middle School to remain undefeated.
