Approximately 1812 employees make the Warren County Public Schools one of the largest employers in the county. One-third of the teachers in the district have earned a Rank I certificate which means that they have earned 60 or more college credits above a Bachelors degree. Fifty-one percent of the total teaching staff has earned a Master's degree or the equivalent, and ninety-eight percent of all administrators have a Rank I or higher. Other employees contributing to the success of the district include bus drivers, food service workers, custodians, maintenance workers, and other support personnel.
